Many students ran for office and we heard wonderful, well-worded speeches encouraging other students to vote for them. It takes a lot of courage to stand up in front of your peers and give a speech. We are proud of all those who ran for office, made posters,  prepared, and presented their speeches. It is wonderful to see the pride in our school and we look forward to a fun year here at Paine. Student council representatives help plan our spirit weeks and other events, assist with announcements and assemblies, lead by example and promote school spirit and involvement.
