Assistant Principal's Message: Mrs. Tran Don

It is with heartfelt excitement that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year at Thomas Paine Elementary! For those I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting, my name is Mrs. Don, and I am truly honored to serve as your Assistant Principal.

As this is my first year at Paine, I am excited to get to know each of you and become part of this wonderful school community. I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful school, and I am committed to building meaningful partnerships with our students, families, and staff. My door is always open, and I look forward to connecting with you throughout the year.

Every child who walks through our doors has unique strengths, talents, and dreams. Together, we have the privilege of helping our students discover their potential while preparing them for bright futures. By fostering a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment with high expectations, we will continue to support every student as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally while building the skills needed for college, career, and life.

Thank you for entrusting us with your children’s education. It is a responsibility I value deeply, and I look forward to partnering with you as we celebrate successes, navigate challenges, and create lasting memories together.
