Assistant Principal's Message: Mrs. Summer Hughes

It is with genuine excitement that I write to you as we kick off the 2025-2026 school year at Thomas Paine Elementary! For those I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Mrs. Hughes, and this marks my second year as Assistant Principal here at Paine.

I truly enjoyed getting to know so many of you last year through shared moments and engaging conversations. Building strong relationships with our families is incredibly important to me, and I'm eager to continue fostering those connections in the year ahead.

We have important work before us, particularly in promoting College and Career Readiness among our students. I'm excited to partner with all of you to ensure every child at Paine is equipped with the academic and personal skills they need for a bright and successful future.
